What suburbs and locations do you service?
Access OT Services is a mobile service, this means we come to you. The majority of clients we see are in the Eastern, South-eastern and North-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Some travel charges may be applicable and these shall be discussed at time of intake.
Do you see privately funded clients?
Yes. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, and obtain information about fees.
Can I claim costs through Medicare or Private Health Insurance?
If your GP believes you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management you will be able to claim up to 5 OT sessions through Medicare. Gap or Out of pocket fees will apply.
If you have extra's benefits with your private health insurance you may be able to claim some of the cost of services through your private health insurance - please check with your health insurance provider. Gap or Out of Pocket fees will apply
Hours of Operation
Appointments are conducted between 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.
Appointment times outside of these hours will be considered and accommodated where possible.
