About Access OT Services

Access OT Services is a mobile, community based Occupational Therapy service located in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We see clients in their own homes, so a reliable car and drivers licence is essential.


Access OT services is looking for an enthusiastic OT, to join the growing team.  This role is part time (minimum 3 days), with potential to develop into a full time role, if desired.  A contracting role is also available for consideration. 

We offer the opportunity to work with clients across the NDIS, TAC, Worksafe and Aged Care sectors.  We are passionate about working with adults with complex care needs, physical and intellectual disability. 

About You
To be successful in applying for this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA

  • Interest and/or experience providing Occupational Therapy assessment and management for adults clients with disabilities and adults with complex and chronic disease

  • Willingness to completed autonomous home and community based assessments and interventions with clients, following extensive on-boarding program.

  • Drivers licence and reliable vehicle

  • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)


About your new role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a caseload that fits with your skills and expertise.

  • Visiting participants and clients in their own homes, to assessing their needs, designing intervention programs and helping them to achieve their goals and what is meaningful for them

  • Conducting assessments for home modifications (simple and complex)

  • Pursue an interest in assistive technology and find the right solution to meet the client's needs and goals

  • Continue a fabulous working relationship with support coordinators, local area coordinators and equipment suppliers

  • Report writing to showcase your great outcomes and recommendations for solutions.
